what does this look like

I wanted to post a picture of this hoping someone can help me. I asked question on other boards but, although great responses, still left me wondering. I'm in Haiti and can't get access to a doctor, but I am looking for one.  Can anyone please advised?
Thanks

It looks like blister sores or warts.  This is likely to be viral.

As you are not able to see a doctor, ask the pharmacist if he has any genital cream that would be suitable for sores on the genitals.

Do not have any sex until you are well healed.  The one sore does look like it has broken and is weepy and this is the stage where it is likely to be contagious.

Make sure that you always wash your hands after using the toilet and never touch your penis with dirty hands.  Only wash with water and soap that has a pH level suitable for skin or baby washes.  Don't touch your penis and other parts of your body as you would be spreading the virus.
Wear clean cotton underwear every day.

You could try applying natural set yogurt on to the area, but I think you will need something more than that.  The foreskin looks like it has a problem too.

If it is herpes that you have it will be  herpes simplex virus type 2 which causes genital sores, also sometimes cold sores and whitlows.

The way that you describe the bumps appears that the virus is subsiding.
A lot of viruses do flare up from time to time and then lie dormant in our body.  Sometimes there are no symptoms.  Sometimes you would get flu like symptoms as well as the "rash".  The most important thing is not to have sex because the weeping sores will be contagious.  The incubation period from having contact with someone who is contagious is 4-5 days.

As the foreskin does look red and sore, wash with water and dry gently and apply lots of natural set yogurt before going to bed.  You should be able to get natural set yogurt at most supermarkets.

I have copied and pasted the link below that goes in more detail with regard to the questions that you need answering and I do hope you find it useful.

Unfortunately no walk in centers. I'm in Haiti, and the hospitals here barely have items to treat a broken arm.  The bumps are flat now after 3 days. the fore skin is still red though. I know self diagnosing is not the best thing here, but i feel like i have no choice.  Does herpes typically behave this way?
Thanks again for your time on this.

Sorry, but I have no idea.

Candida and Thrush don't usually come out in weeping sores.  The skin would be itchy, red and sore and sometimes have a white discharge.  Sometimes there are no symptoms.

What I would suggest is that you use a separate towel when you dry yourself, keep clean and don't have any sex until it is completely healed and well again.  It's like getting a cold sore on the lips, they are very contagious when weeping.

Don't they have any walk in centres where you are or a GUM clinic in the local hospital?  Sometimes a pharmacist can help.

Best wishes.
