Meatus swelling with discharge

On Christmas day I noticed a tingling in the meatus. The night before, Christmas eve, I had too much soda and may have not had water. Usually when I drink too much soda, I tend to have a painful urination. I sort of ignored it. The tingling disappeared around the 27th. On the 28th, I had an unprotected anal sex with my boyfriend. The next day I noticed the pain back again but still confined around the tip of the penis. Now today, I woke up to urinate and found pus-like stains in my boxers. I also noticed a whitish discharge, not too thick but doesn't smell. I also experience pain when urinating but only around the tip when the urine comes out. I also seem to be having some muscle pain or it could be due to an uncomfortable sleep. My boyfriend gas no similar symptoms for now. Also, recently, I used a new towel and the fibers tend to stick on the body. I would go to the doctor soon but the urologist at the hospital near me won't be back until January 1st.
