My balls

Ever since I was a small kid, I always thought my balls were fine. But I started to get curious of why my mother always made me wear long jeans, long pants, long trousers that reach from my upper hip to my ankles.
I've never worn short pants in awhile because of my testicals.

My testicals seem to be hanging lower than usual boys. I was in the boys restroom urinating and I noticed that the groins and testicals of other boys were different in a lot of ways. As more and more trips to the male restroom I noticed that boys had their testicals attached to their penis. Mine wasn't, mine slowly hangs just a little bit below my knees...

Doctors have said it could be a genetic set-back, but I'd like another opinion on it. I'd also want to know if there is any kind of surgery to fix this problem.

Yes, I've heard of this disorder. It is rare, affecting roughly 1 in 8,000 male births. There really is no cure other than wadding them up as tightly as you can in your underwear.
