Hello , i'm 20 years old , had sex like 3 times in my life but it didn't feel too good . I actually think i have some type of phimosis . This is half erect . Fully erected the head is even more covered up . Not erected at all i can pull off the skins like 70 % but never more . Is this a medical condition or is it something that goes in time / having more sex ?
