No STIs, but Still have a burning sensation in my penis

I had unprotected sex with a girl exactly a week ago, and ever since then, I've been experiencing pee burn and frequent urination. The tip of my penis is also red and irritated. I had tests done for STIs as well as for UTI and yeast, but all came back negative. Yesterday I developed a fever of 102ºF so I have no clue what's going on. I went to the walk-in clinic again today and the doc said the fever is probably unrelated but didn't give me any other advice, just made me do another urine sample. Does anybody have any ideas on what might be going on? Kidney stone, random urethritis?

I know anxiety makes it hard to believe the things said to you but you saw a doctor who said the fever was unrelated.  You are trying to override what a healthcare fully educated in diagnosing people is telling you.  I don't think I can help you do that.  Anxiety can cause psychosomatic issues and symptoms.  You  hyper focus and then you 'feel' things.  We all do it to ourselves at some point.  Fevers are actually a good thing for the body.  It is your body fighting some type of infection and yes, could  be completely unrelated just as the doctor said.  There seems to be no indication of kidney stones, std or uti.  urethritis, maybe but he'd have diagnosed that.  Your doctor DOES want you to feel better and to treat your medical problems so you have to try to trust.  If you don't go to another doctor.  Set up an appointment instead of going to the walk in clinic.  Or try again.  But give it time and try to stay busy so you aren't thinking about it non stop.  Oral sex when received is not a huge risk for std's or issues.  While condoms and barriers make it safest, don't overreact just because you had oral sex.

and I do see you acknowledge it wasn't std related. that's good.  You could try a different doc who may try an antibiotic since you had a fever.
