Pain Identification help

The last couple of days I've had a stabbing pain between my waistline and the base of my penis.  The pain is located slightly to the right side.  Do you guys think that this is prostate or a tube?  Urine production is down, could this be ureter?

You need to have it look at in-person. Sharp pain is characteristic of nerve entrapment. Rule out hernia. Rule out piriformis nerve entrapment. There are other possibilities. Don't let this go.
