So last year in August I had hermatospermia, it went away entirely after about 10 days and I never thought anything else of it.
However I have had it again for the past week, and this time it has been accompanied by a dull ache in my groin area to the left of the base of my penis. It is worse when I sit down than when I stand up.
I have been told it could potentially be prostatitis, but it could all also be the result of an infection.
I have read that it could be Chlamydia or Gonorrhea, but if it had been Chlamydial, I have inferred that it would;t have simply disappeared for a year to then come back again?
I was tested for that 5 years ago when I met my now wife and we have both been faithful ever since and we both tested negative. Surely a false negative couldn't have laid this low for this long without any signs?
The only other "symptom" I would note is that I have noticed over the last 18 months that I have become extremely prone to premature ejaculation...I am unsure if this is relevant or not?
Otherwise, no burning, no pain, no discharges...
Trying to get a doctors appointment for this week but wanted to try and get my head around this whilst I wait
