I was injected by a random substance

I stupidly visited a brothel while I was drunk. Long story short, I believe the girl injected me near the base of my penis while she was on top of me. Reason being, she was facing away from me and I remember feeling pain/prick near the base of my penis. I thought this was just because of the way she was sitting on me. She paused at the top and there was pain near the base. There is a track mark near the base of my penis now. So, I am 99% sure I've been poisoned.

I've been feeling very ill and not myself for the past year since the incident. I've been to the doctors and have been tested for MRI and STDs. I do not have any STDs, HIV/AIDS, none of the above. All of my tests came back normal.

Symptoms:
Increased temperature in body (permanently)
Strange vision (as if I'm not looking through my own eyes, feeling of being "spaced out")
Temperature on forehead has increased to the point where it's bothersome, feels like a mild headache 24/7
Acne problems
Trouble focusing vision on a point (I've been to the Vision Center and tests came back normal)
Skin has become flushed (very noticeable in the ears)

Someone please help me
