Penis tip burns does anyone know what it could be ?

Went to urgent care. They gave me a shot of Rocephine and 1000mill of Azithromycin. Did not test for STD waited 7days and I went back as I had itching in the groin  area and pressure in my penis. They recommended a full panel of STD tests. I had the tests done and all were negative. I went back a week later as I still had the itching. I was told it was a yeast infection. They prescribed Nystatin. I used it for two weeks with no improvement. I went to my PCP, showed him my original test results. He looked at me and confirmed the yeast infection and told me to continue with the Nystatin. He ordered all different types of tests +STD tests again  except for Clamidia or gonarrhea. He said I did not have any symptoms so no need and the previous tests were negative. All second tests came back negative but hsv1. The doctor does not know what else it could be and said that i should drink lots of fluid and go visit a urologist.  He prescribed 7days of
Valacyclovir 500 Mg

I urinate often and the tip is sore and red. I do not have discharge and it does not hurt when I pee. I do have constant pressure. I feel that there is something wrong.

Any thoughts, is it all in my head?
