Please help so depressed penis hurts

I had this for awhile was hopeing would go away on own it started with me getting smegma I shouldn’t get it cuz i had a  Circumcision but I haven’t been able to leave bed for awhile cuzz or hurting my legs so it started to bother me I thought was soap so I stop useing it and thought might be water or clorine so I boil the water now and put in in tub let it cook down and use cloth to clean myself so I don’t use soap at all but I think the water must be drying out my skin cuzz the longer I go without a shower then I can’t feel pain like it gone but I accidentally went 30 days without showering yes I know crazy I left *** on it and everything I took shower like 2 weeks ago it hurt like hell on left side of **** right below head of penis the head of the penis looks healthy no redness and there is no iching Just this burning sometimes on left side of **** light burning sometimes is bad and front of my **** is dry and rest of **** is starting to get dry too but from what I can see there is no iching and head looks fine so it can’t be balanitis could it be yeast infection or fungel all I’m experiencing is burning feeling and when that’s not there dry skin feel almost like it’s deserte then there times were it’s almost fine pleade someone anyone help me I just wanna get on with my life if this is dryness I had been thinking of useing Vaseline or maybe Vaseline intesive care for dry skin mostly feels dry and hurts and kinda burns front of **** feels very dry other then that **** looks normals just little redness I might go see my doctor tommow please someone help me
