Hi there!
There is rarely a physical cause of premature ejaculation.Anxiety, guilt and other psychological factors are involved. You should try to remove the guilt from your mind and build up self confidence .Chronic premature ejaculation may be a sign of anxiety or depression. In most cases, relaxation and practice are helpful. Treatment of underlying depression is very important. In Aurveda Shilajit is recommended for all types of sexual problems such as erectile dysfunction, pre-mature ejaculation, thin semen, reduction in sperm count & discharge of semen in urine. It is suggested to consult a doctor before using any medicine. An appointment with a psychiatrist or psychologist can help you overcome these feelings .Counseling and self control will be helpful. Do keep us posted.
Take care and good luck!
