Hi, normally my penis is ok but like when I masturbate after a while like after 10-12 days rashes occur on the top of the penis.Also when I try to slide the top skin for taking out the top of the penis it seems the skin is too tight for top of the penis to pop out and thus rashes occur on top of the penis skin on the skin tip which looks like stretch marks and Burns and slightly reddish.Inner top of the penis inside the skin is ok and unharmed.
