Random erections

Hi im 15 and i play hockey. After hockey most of the boys on my team shower naked and don't seem to have any problems with erections. I would also shower too but would probably get a boner. I had once showered after hockey by myself, i got undressed quickly, and i had a boner. Im not sure if my friends would laugh or just don't care? i am small for my age. Would masturbating before help?

I am 17 and I to play hockey and have delt with this. There is nothing wierd about getting a boner in the shower or locker room. We are all boys and get unwanted erections. No one should care, its just a penis and I am sure all the other guys are worried about the same thing. Masterbation can help, so try it before practice or in a stall before showering. Also, take a cold shower and do math problems in your head, or talk to your coach if you fell to embarresed to take a shower, so mabye he could stand in the locker room to make sure no one says anything, which I dont no why they would though. hope this helps man
