My penis glans are white.

I'm uncircumcised, and I have found out about washing under foreskin and pulling back about 5 months ago, I'm 15. First my left side was white (it's not white like a paper, it's a bit transparent white, I don't know how to say that. English is not my first language)
I also couldn't pull back my left foreskin side (I can't pull back completely right side too, and I'm not trying to because it's uncomfortable)
I've seen some yellow creamy stuff on the left side under foreskin, It very easily comes off. Right side was fine. When I touched the left side it hurt much more than the right side.
Now my right side also is getting whiter but I haven't noticed any pain change (I feel pain only when touching) that hole in the middle of glans from which I **** is red (sorry for my english xD). I don't think it's normal, my glans should be pink if I'm right.
I'm not washing under foreskin because it's very uncomfortable, and someone said on the internet that he lives 30 years without doing anything with glans and he's alright, he said he is sexually active.
I do masturbate nearly everyday.

The white colour is rather on the left side, and it covers nearly whole left side I can see (I'm not sure if it isn't just a big circular stain because the bit that I can see is a bit curve) I asked my mother if she could take me to the doctor but she said no because she can't speak english (we're polish but we live in the england).
So the white colour isn't white like a paper, it's greyish

Hi, continue separate your foreskin like you've been doing, i understand it hurts (i went through the exact same thing at around your age too) but it's important you do. I'm not 100% sure but i think the whiteness you describe is like it is only because that area of skin has been covered for such a long time. when you do complete separate the foreskin and regularly wash under it, it should darken fairly quickly (in addition to masturbating aswell). hope this helps :)

The correct spelling is "glans" and it is a singular noun. Even native English speakers get confused with it, so don't worry.

The cream-colored substance under the skin is called smegma. It is a normal accumulation of oils from the inner lining of the foreskin, as well as dead skin that is gradually sloughed off the glans and inner foreskin. The yellow color would come from urine. You may want to rinse it out every once in a while, but it isn't necessary to wash under the foreskin frequently.

The coloration of the glans varies from person to person, as different shades of red, pink, purple or gray. I'm not sure what causes these differences, but as far as I know they're not a cause for concern.
