Pain in penis shaft

I been having a pain in my penis shaft on and of (for about two months). I've haven't been sexually active (except masturbation) but I might have gotten it from trying to relive pressure points (not sure if that even is a thing, but felt like it) i felt in my penis and might have pressed to hard. Also did this unscientific penis stretches that i thought might help. But i do not thing they did and they might just worsened. So now try to do as little to my penis as i possibly can (no pun intended). As i understand to let is "rest" is the most important thing. There is not visible damage to the penis, feels like it is maybe the nerves that are damaged or just internal so i do not see the damage. Not sure if it is inflamed or not. It hurts if i bend it upwards or to the left but not to the right. My erections have not been as hard when i get them spontaneously or not so spontaneously for that matter. When i have ejaculated and masturbated (tried not to) it gets worse. And the ejaculation is not totally successful. Just comes out a bit or looks watery. I have not trouble peeing. It gets worse when i sit better when i stand up. I been applying the hot/cold method hoping that will help.

I been feeling like the pain at times have gotten to my legs as a reaction to the pain in my penis. I also have had a numbing feeling in my arms recently (not sure if that is related).

I've called and i got a time on Wednesday (two days after posting this question). Not sure how serious this is but they did not seem to thing it was that emergent based on that the pain was not that bad (And they where fully booked).  Does not help that the subject is embarrassing both for me and probably the not so penis specialized doctors. Which worries me that some details might get missed out. Or that i waited to long to get it checked out. Hearing others be uncomfortable makes me unconquerable about it etc. But that is more a psychological issue i guess.

So my question is. How serious can it be? What might be the diagnosis? Should i go to my local doctor to get a diagnosis or (if more serious) referral to a specialist or should i go to the emergency or something to get it treated faster? Does it sound like it is healing or that it might be getting worse?

Update: I saw a doctor and they thought it was nothing to be alarmed about. But are gonna do an ultrasound to see that it looks alright. They did not think that me numbing feelings in my arm was connected to that.
