Red bleeding ulcer on penis

Hi, I'm a 29 year-old male. I had glandular fever (mononucleosis) last week, so my immune system has been down for a while. I'm HIV+, I'm taking treatment and my last labs indicated that I was UD (CD4 aprox. 800) back in May. In the last 3 months I've had protected/unprotected sex with 5 persons. Before being diagnosed with Glandular fever, I was treated with Ceftriaxone and Azithromycin (for 5 days) because drs thought I had strep throat.

Last Monday, I noticed a cold sore on my lower lip. It was the first time I remember having something like that on my face, so I self-treated it with OTC cream. Before that, on Sunday night, I was getting ready to go to work, so I trimmed my hair (I use scissors). When I was taking a bath I noticed that I had pain on the foreskin of my penis (I'm not circumcised). I thought that maybe I cut myself with the scissors (has happened before) so I just put some antibiotic cream on the lesion (which is on the outside part of my foreskin) thinking it'd heal.

On Monday morning, after seeing the cold sore on my lip, I thought that maybe the lesion on my penis could've been HHV (and that both of them appeared because my immune system was weak because of gland fever), so I put cold sore cream on the penis ulcer as well. After 3 days of not healing I went to a doctor.

My ulcer was bleeding (didn't have any pus) and it hadn't got better. Dr said that it could be syphilis. He said that I had to get tested for that disease, but that the results could come back positive because I've just had glandular fever. So he gave me treatment yesterday (2 painful penicillin injections). Urinating was very very painful, but after the injections the pain has almost disappeared.

Today I found there's little blood on my underwear. The ulcer on my foreskin is still there, it bleeds with friction but it hasn't got any bigger. I'm scared it could be cancer or something like that! (I read about papiloma virus risk). It is red, its borders are well defined (it has an oval shape between a 1/4 inch and less), it has no crusts or pus. It isn't painful if I don't touch it (if I do, it gets itchy and burns.) It's starting to look like a reddish whitish scar.

I'm very worried about it. I lost 1 week of work because of glandular fever. I don't know whether to schedule an appointment with an urologist (and lose another day at work) or just wait if it gets better. What are the chances of getting cancer? I suffer from health anxiety and my mind is racing with a lot of thoughts right now. Any input would be appreciated.

Greetings.
