Pain in penis base, next to public bone

Hello,

Long story short. I have quite active sex life with my girlfriend and a week ago I noticed a pain in penis base next to public bone when erect. No pain when not erect, and almost no pain if it's erect and not moved, but if even slightly I try to push it downwards I get pain. Now I can't really remember if any bad bending/misplacement happened during sex recently, nothing that I would lose erections or would stop sex because of the pain.

No bruises, no swollen areas...just pain when erect. It's been a week, but didn't noticed any improvements, so thinking about making appointment with urologist, but they are very expensive and just for consultation. So thinking if I should wait a little bit more and see if it goes away or try to check it immediately. I still get erection with no problem, so thinking maybe it's nothing too serious, just long healing..

thanks for any help
