STD or Irritation?

I had (regrettably) unprotected sex over the weekend. I have these small red bumps appear in my pubic area. They are slightly itchy and a little sensitive to the touch. I have a pic and could post if necessary. They do not discharge and have no head (not yet?). They appeared the day after ~10 hours or so. I've gotten similar before after intercourse but never anything that itched like this (and the girl before I knew was clean). There are none on the penis itself or the testicles. The girl was also extremely wet and I had just shaved. I know typically STDs can't show this fast but I'm just worried.

It's probably just a shaving rash! But you should still get checked out because all though the bumps are most likely just a shaving rash you could have caught something else from the girl. I wouldn't worry about the bumps but be careful in the future :)
