Should I be worried about this lump near my testicle?

Recently I have noticed a small lump below (and slightly to the side) of my right testicle. It is not on the actual testicle but rather it is on the small gap between where the testicle ends and my leg starts.

It seems like it is just under the skin and I can move it slightly but it is attached to the skin above it. It is hard to see from the surface, there isn’t really any irritation or obvious lump on the surface on my skin. It is probably less than half a centimetre in diameter. It is tender to touch or squeeze.
Should I be worried? I really have no idea what it could be.

Thanks in advance
