UTI or something worse?

I'm a 17 year old male who has been going through some strange things the past couple days. It started about 3 days ago but I've been feeling a slight burning feeling below the head of my penis but I've just been blowing it off because it's not really noticeable. But yesterday I started experiencing a burning sensation in the tip of my penis, it just started burning when I pee but I can feel it throughout the day. I have a very faded small red rash with tiny bumps below the head but it's not sensitive to touch and it's not where I feel the burning. There is a sensitive red spot right under the head that feels like it's burning. I haven't had sex with anyone in over 2 months and it just started out of no where. I use condoms but last time it broke without me even noticing so I was in there raw for probably around 10-15 minutes. The girl doesn't have any visible signs of anything but I know that doesn't mean anything. I'm uncircumcised and I've tried using lotramin on the rash because I red about yeast infections on uncircumcised men. Can someone clear this up for me before I go see my doc? I'm really freaking out and it's honestly making me loose sleep at night stressing over this
Thanks.

Hi lad, you could get tested, but dont worry, give your body time to heal the rash by itself, three days is verly little time, let your inmune/healing system fully kick in. While you wait you could take a test but I strongly recomend to be patient with your body and dont give friction to the area it can take few weeks to heal naturaly. Burning sensation does not mean you must have an infection and after two months.....
