Open skin spots on penis and on glans tip during treatment for fungal infections

I'm having two problems related with a fungal infections (candida).
FIRST PROBLEM:
Hello, i've been treating my skin with an anti-fungal dye (Gential violet) for the past 2-3 weeks for a fungal infection that appeared only on the penis skin, i had absolutely nothing on penis tip/glans.
For the first week/two weeks it worked slowly but i could see that the fungal was being killed, in fact part of the skin was turning "back to normal". After that period of time, i noticed that some spots were way more infected than other so it took some time for the anti-fungal to take effect there and it started working but in a different way (i have no idea if it's normal): the infected skin began to peel off, little chunks of skin started to fall during showers and such. Now, after one week i've been seeing no signs of healing, 1/3 of the biggest open spot seems to be healed, using a cream like Cicatridina (it's supposed to make skin heal faster) doesn't seem to make any difference. I'm pretty sure those are all ulcers but, compared to those i find online, are very light. Their color is light pink, they are "wet" but aren't painful at touch, only if i stretch the skin.
Note: both Cicatridina and Gentian Violet are supposed to heal ulcers.
What should i do?

SECOND PROBLEM:
After two weeks of the treatment mentioned above, the skin in a spot on the left and on the right of my urethra (i'm not sure that's the correct name, i'm talking about the hole) started to open and it expanded a bit during a period of 2-3 days and i feel a very sharp pain during urination. The problem is: using Cicatridina or Gentian Violet changes nothing but with Gentian Violet, if it's applied on the spot before urination, i feel just a very light pain, almost as if it's shielding my uncovered skin (the only problem is that it goes away during the urination).
I honestly don't know what to do, i was thinking about changing product to try with a clitromazole based cream to hope for better results (related to my first problem: also because Gentian Violet seems to have stopped it's work, 40-50% of the skin is still infected but it's not peeling off or healing in any way).
Also, i took Diflucan 150g but nothing changed.

I want to leave the medical evaluation as a last resort because the nearest one is at 1h from my house and it costs a lot (at least for me).

Also, if needed, i can add some pictures to better show the problem.
Also i would like to specify that the "skinless" spot on my glans looks nothing like an ulcer, it feels more like an inflammation of some sort.
And i do not have an STDs.
