Urethritis with all tests negative

Hello, I am a 22 yo male.
For about a week, I have been dealing with a quite unpleasant problem concerning my urethra.
Day after feeling pain during urinating for the first time, I've done general urine tests, first void urine culture and urethral swab test. The same day (before receiving results), I managed to get an appoitment with an urologist, who prescribed 5 days of cipro and suggested 7 days of Nifuratel/Macmirror, which I've taken.
Next day, I started receiving results and every single one of the tests has come back negative (there wasn't even any protein,RBC or WBC in the urine). Even the swab test, for the results of which I had to wait for a week, is negative. I am STD-negative as well.
I should also probably mention, that I am not sexually active (for more than a year now) and that the symptoms started after I came back from a party where I drank considerate amounts of alcohol and in that not-so-sober-state, I decided to masturbate.
The antibiotics didn't really help much, as the symptoms persist.
So, my question is - can it be an ordinary non-bacterial urethral irritation, from mixing alcohol and strong and frequent masturbation?
