What causes symptoms like these

My fiance has been in and outta the ER 6 times in the past 2 months. No one knows what's wrong with him. He has savear nausea, throws up whats seems like gallons of clear puke full of bile and blood for hours, extreme hot and cold flashes, his body shakes for hours, back and neck pains, extremely low potassium, and an irregular heart beat. He goes in to the ER, gets stabilized and discharged and has to be rushed back 2 days later as soon as he eats solid foods. They've done x-rays, ultrasounds, blood tests, stool tests, urine tests, put a camera down his throat into his stomach, MRI's and everything comes back normal. They've told him nothing is wrong with him but something is wrong. He's lost about 25 lbs. in the last 2 months because he literally can not eat anything. He can't even keep water down. He's a 30 yr old african american. Something is wrong and no one has any idea what.

Hi there,
Dehydration due to persistent vomiting can lead to low potassium levels and irregular heart beat. A complete clinical examination and work up is important for correct diagnosis and management. Urine infection, kidney diseases, malignancies all can cause vomiting and weight loss. Conditions like esophagitis, esophageal cancer all can cause vomiting after eating solid foods. It is possible that some findings are being missed. It is suggested to seek second opinion. Treatment will depend on the underlying cause. I sincerely hope it helps.
Best wishes and kind regards!
