What is This?

Im 33 unmarried male.I masturbate twice a week on th average bt when i dont masturbate for more than a week,drops of semen come out every time i urinate.Then i feel burning in my testes nd thse drops also cause bit burning nd pain in penis when they come out.What is ths nd what should i do .My semen also looks thin

Hi danial, precum is sticky, and sperm thickness goes from guy to guy, there is no regulation thickness for sperm.

Semen is not burning bt burning feeling is in epididymis of testicles aftr drops of semen come out aftr or bfor urinating.Tip of penis also feels slight pain Ths is svral yrs old issue nd precum has also stickiness..But when i masturbate, this doesnt happn.Kegels maybe good bt how cn i thicken semen wth diet and medicine. .

Hi Danial, You should be able to cure your semen leak by doing some kegels, just go to pegym and on the just look them up and away you go.
Your burning semen is this a new thing, or have youhad this for some time?
