Will Vericocele Vein in Left Testicle cause prostate cancer?

I am a 22 year old white male in good health other than the fact that I experience constant abdominal discomfort and sometimes pain. I have a much larger left testicle than the right and have a lot of vericocele veins attached to it. I have 3 great uncles (grandmothers brothers) who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer, 2 of which have died from it. The pain/discomfort can reach up my back and down my left leg. My question is: Are there any links between vericoceles and prostate cancer? I have had several ultrasounds/CTs/xrays for this and other reasons and don't want to participate in any more if it's not necessary, since the radiation exposure increases risk of cancer later in life, especially concerning my family history.

The abdominal discomfort I experience seems to be Gastrointestinal related but since I have this testicle issue, I am concerned they are affiliated with one another.

If any doctor can provide me with any insight I would be very greatful. I constantly worry about this. Thank you!

Hi,
If you want a doctor to comment, you should post this question in the Expert's Forum. As such I feel varicocele of testes would not cause cancer of prostate.Even medical community is divided in opinion regarding its effect on fertility. Normally there is surgery done for varicocele, but I understand, in alternative medicines like Ayurveda, there are medicines for this condition.Asymmetry of testes to some extent is common.
