Wondering If I Might Have Low Testosterone Levels

I have multiple symptoms which I am starting to believe might be low testosterone.  I have lost most of the hair on my legs, have had extreme difficulty in getting an erection (which I feel like is due at least in part due to having prostate cancer many years ago and being treated with radioactive pellets which made me sterile, have been suffering from memory loss which seems to be getting worse, low energy, muscle definition is disappearing.  These symptoms have evolved over the last 10 years but seem to be getting worse at a faster rate lately. Also the size of my limp penis has gotten quite a bit shorter overall, since I had prostate cancer surgery I have to take a medication for b.p.h. whenever I need it, I've also been having urine leakage issues more frequently lately like when I cough or simply laugh too hard.

So you had radiation for your prostate cancer. Have you been following up with your doctors to make sure you're okay now?

You should definitely follow up with your doctor on this. A simple blood test can tell you if have low testosterone, but you should make sure it's not something else going on.

Thanks so much for your response, yes my p.s.a. has remained very low every year since I had my procedure done. During my most recent visit with my primary care doctor (who I'm losing effective 06/19/23) because he's moving to a totally different medical facility, I was asked if I had seen a urologist lately and I informed him that I hadn't since my prostate surgery. I think I need to seek a referral to setup an appointment with one.
Yes, I would get a urologist referral and a referral to a new primary before your current doctor leaves.

Definitely do the urology appt soon.
