Yellowish - White Discharge
I am a 22 yr old, male. I have noticed a discharge of yellowish - white secretion from the shaft of my penis, once in a week, which is smelly. Also the tip of penis is itchy. However, I have never had sex, but did masturbate many times.

it could be an infection from the penis, due to masturbating, and irritation. hands and penis area are very dirty.
