allergy and itching

i am having some itchyness on my penis specifically on my balls parts.. its so itchy and there are some rash(im not sure if they are) but they look red,and it looks like a mosquito bite? they just become bloated a bit..i dont know really the term for that.what could it be?
can any1 help me? its so itchy that i need to itch in public..

It sounds like jock itch, which is an itchy condition that may cause a rash or just red irritation.  I would suggest Lotrimin jock itch cream be applied as directed on the tube for the full recommended course.  It is very important you are completely dry after bathing before you apply the cream.  

You can also get a tea tree oil soap to shower with.  Towels and underwear need to be washed in hot water with Tide and bleach (measure these out!).  If you can't tolerate bleach on your laundry, use baking soda with the detergent.  You need about 1/2 per load.  Keep using the baking soda and keep measuring out the Tide with each load.  Don't combine bleach and baking soda.  Use one or the other.

tnx for the help but im in the philippines do you thinki they ave the lotrimin jock itch cream?
what will i say to tthe drugstore? lotrimin cream?

Just tell the druggist you have jock itch
