discharge a few drop of sticky ,water like substance during sexul thoughts or talks

This is priyank , im 26 male single, no in sexual relationship, my problem is i discharge a few drop of water like substance , with no sexually excitation, no masturbating, on during sexual thoughts or when watching sexy vdieo or pictures , its discharges about two to three drop of liquid clear like water but in sticky .  for the past six months i have been facing this problem  so i like to know about the reason about discharge semen without erection, or am i diseased or anything will affect my future sex life ?
what is that problam ?
is it curable by madicins ?

Hi,
   I understand from your post that you get such discharge only " during sexual thoughts or when watching sexy vdieo or pictures " and your question is mainly if it is normal to have such discharge when your penis is not erect.In the absence of any other health issues like pain during erecton / urination etc., you may be assured that it is normal precum and nothing much to worry. At age 26, you have become emotionally matured that simple sexual triggers need not produce arousals, but still a few drops of semen can be discharged and need not suggest a health problem. In any case, please get an expert opinion from a urologist and keep us informed.

This may be a urethritis which maybe specific or nonspecific. It needs to be cultured to see if it grows bacteria and to indicate what antibiotic would be appropriate for you. This is not semen. You will need to see a doctor to have this test done.
