Go on a diet, as a start, try the cabbage diet it a 7 day diet so you only need to get your head around it for 7 days, but you need and now before start a diet  is cut out any fast food, any kind of sweets, soft drinks, alcohol and smoking, healthy body healthy mind, get your body ready to start a new life, get out walking and were talking bresk walking, 2x30 minute walks a day to start with after a week start to take a back pack with 10 pounds in it, this is to start making your body work, then start adding some weight to it.
The cabbage diet is not as bad as it sounds, you need to make yourself a big pot of veggies of which cabbage is just a part of it, now I do this for 8 days I add the first on again at the end, then after a week you can do it again, but in between you just eat healthy foods, and after you get some of your weight down you are away, you can do the fruit day each week along with the milk and banana day each week to help stabalise your weight, beleave me it works, you just need to get your head around.
And beleave on not I'm doing it this week and on day 2.
Good Luck
