Testicles and penis retracts off n on since puberty, causes pain and imobbility.

Hello!
Since my teens my testicles and penis began to retract randomly. This has caused me periods of pain and immobility for decades. I got diagnosed with hypogonadotropic hypogonadism (yet my penis is average size when it's not retracted) and I have low testosterone levels. At one point diagnosed with Macrohematuria and various things but none these diagnosis are described with "penis and scrotum retracts for hours, days and causes pain".

Since my problems are not "textbook" standard and my grandmother got DES (Diethylstilbestrol) when giving birth to my mother, I wonder if my troubles are related to this or something else. My mother and siblings have problems that could be DES-related.

I started using drugs one year after doctors hadn't taken me seriously and I realized benzodiazepines made it better, but it didn't fix the issue. I'm so tired of self medication and want to find the root of the cause.
I do not think I am alone, if you are having the same problems feel free to contact me. Maybe we can find common factors that could help doctors progress in findings.
