i dont know what to say maybe im too scared for my health

last 8 weeks ago i had a unprotected sex, the first week was fine, but i can feel something being dull on the left side of my testicle and a small white discharge(clear) and ask a doctor about it and gave me a doxycycline for 1 week but nothing seems to change the discharge was the only thing was gone on the second week the aching on the left side of my testicle most especially at the bottom became more frequent whenever i sit or walk until it became unbearable then i started to feel tired, urgent need to urinate most especially at night then i went to see a doctor and told me that he suspected me of having a prostatitis and gave levoflacin for 2 weeks and the pain subsided but something was making me feel that there is still something wrong within me.

after finishing antibiotics i went to see my dentist because of my aching wisdom tooth and gave me again another course of antibiotic for a week, after finishing this medicine for my tooth i developed GERD and currently taking medicine again.

as ive read different articles about prostatitis that is making me scared, i just want to ask what could be the most possible causes of prostatitis as i never developed any other symptoms but only night sweat no rash no fever no sore throat, what could this be, any opinions sir?
