no ejaculation

I am 30yr bachelor form India.
I had some 5 yrs ago pulled down my left testicle very very hard and I felt at that time some tearing inside sack. Since then I have felt quantity of my semen has gone down. In the last two masturbations , I climaxed but no semen came out.
Is it tearing of duct of semen frm left testicle to penis? Is that why semen is not coming out all the way through penis and is being released out inside sack/body as I feel??
Can the problem be detected? And if it really is tearing of sperm duct ,is there cure?
Kindly help.
