Hi, he should go to see a doctor. He could have either epididymitis or orchitis. I used to get both very frequently, as a result I lost my left testicle as the result of a staph infection. Due to the repeated infections, my remaining testicle no longer produces enough testosterone. I'm now on monthly testosterone injections.

My symptomes were very simmilar.

All the best.

Hi Jem,

This might be usefull, check your partners symptoms against the symptoms here:

If they match then please get him seen as soon as possible.

If you sure he's not over-masturbating, have him get checked out with an urologists. Yes it is something serious. His testicles should not be hurting and it should not hurt to ejaculate.

I suspect he is doing it much more than you know. Ask him first how often he really masturbates and let us know.

Over-masturbation usually cause tension in the testicles (ejaculating when you really have nothing to shoot out)
