Hi,
How are you? Can you elaborate on the character of your headache? Dizziness can be a sign of postural hypotension. Other causes include low blood sugar, ear or eye issues, and other medical conditions such as anemia. If this persists, have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation, Take care and do keep us posted.

Hi,
Thanks for your update. With he presence of eye burning sensations, check with an opthalmologist or eye doctor for proper evaluation and to rule out eye conditions. Anemia can be ruled out with a complete blood test. Ask around at your local health office or government if there are free clinics or consultation that you can avail. Take care and best regards.

I wakeup with headaches too.  It started years ago but only once in a while.  But has slowly gotten worse until its almost every morning. They don't last long after I get up.  But sometimes its between three and four in the morning.  Usually around 5 am I'm up with a headache.  Did you find out what causes yours?  I'v had a MRI and xrays, no problem they could see.  Doctor gave me muscle relaxants,  didn't like those so don't take them.

Hi,
How are you? It is good that the MRI and X-ray results were fine. Morning headaches can also be associated with snoring and sleep apnea, anxiety, depression and primary headaches such as chronic tension or migraine headaches. In most cases, these headaches are transformed migraines or migraines which eventually became more frequent and more like tension headaches. Massage therapy and stress reduction techniques such as breathing exercises and meditation may help. Regular blood pressure monitoring is also highly recommended. Take care and regards.
