Last summer, for several days, I experienced severe headaches before I arose in the mornings. I have no history of headache problems. Along with this I developed tingling and numbness in my left hand/arm. I had an MRI of my brain, which showed abnormal proteins in the brain. A visit to a nuerologist was next, but he had a speech impediment and was difficult to understand. I know he said that these proteins could only be caused by three things, coming from my heart or spine. . .
I took two tests which showed that my heart and spine were normal, but he ordered a second MRI
which I could not afford to take. The headaches have subsided greatly, and I have occasional tingling in my hand. What is causing this and what is a good remedy? Is this serious? At first, I thought I was having a stroke, but that was ruled out by the first MRI. Thanks, Kat
