I have not had a migraine in at least 3 years, however I have recently started having syncopal episodes(fainting)and near syncope episodes just over the last three months. I do see what I call starbursts around lights, extreme lightheadedness, My cardio work up looks normal and the only strange thing found on my MRI and CT scan were "More then normal amount of lymph nodes in neck" and "Narrow vertebral artery and veins w/o plaque build up on right side of brain and neck as well as smaller then normal artery and veins on left side of brain and neck, but larger then right side. With no stenosis or plaque. Some on had mentioned that this could be caused by something due to migraines but not an actual migraine.
