Clarification on MRI report

Hi

I had an MRI done and the report from my Neurologist says:

There was moderate right C3/4 & C4/5 facet arthropathy and minor atlanto-axial joint arthrosis. An incendental 2mm right paraclinoid aneurysm, with no superficial or parenchymal siderosis to indicate prior haemorrhage, was seen on the MRA.

I would like if someone could clarify the medical terms and if there is anything of concern in there.
