Could you please help!

I am 26 years old and I have just recently went through the loss of a baby. I was 18 weeks when I lost my baby. So I have been under a lot of stress. I have recently been having trouble with my head. I always have a head ache on my right side of my head along with blurry vision in my right eye. I have went to the eye doctors for an eye exam and they said that everything is fine. I have also had blood work done along with a cat scan and that came back fine. I know that I have been having pretty bad anxiety. Could this all be from stress and anxiety? Should I ask for more test to be ran on me? Please help this is really been bothering me!!

Hi,
How are you? I'm sorry to hear the loss of your baby. It could be due to stress, anxiety and from primary headaches such as migraine, tension or cluster headaches. It is good that the tests done and the eye check-up were fine. Tension headache usually occurs with stress and may present with dull, non-throbbing pain,  associated with tightness of scalp or neck. The degree of severity remains constant. This can be managed with rest, ice packs, pain medications,  and removal of stress. Relaxation techniques such as biofeedback therapy may also help. If the medications are not helping, inform your doctor for proper management. Take care and do keep us posted.

You can do something to help yourself. Do this pranayam now, and twice daily. This will relax you first and start to get your body balance right gradually.Come back in 3 days, and tell us how you feel.Continue the pranayam once a day,for life, after you are better.
Build up your timing gradually. If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after one minute.
Anulom Vilom pranayam –
Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through left nostril
then – close left nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril
then -keeping the left nostril closed  deep breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through left nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 15 to 30  minutes twice a day.
Children under 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed.Remember to take deep long breaths into the lungs. You can do this while sitting on floor or chair or lying in bed.
