I, too, have had long bouts of migraines. I have startede with the tinnitus the last two years about the time my MS was diagnosed. Migraines do not mean MS. But, many with MS do have migraines. I just cannot help but think that there is a connection.
My stress test was normal. But, I am starting to have ectopic beats or PVCs with my migraines, also. I recently read that migraines can go to your stomach, heart, and other areas. My doctor said that perhaps I was starting to have cardiac migraines.
Best of luck. They are no fun.

Hi,
Have you had a thorough assessment of your ears? An inner ear problem may cause ringing of the ears or tinnitus.
Is there any associated dizziness or vertigo (sensation of spinning)?
Based on your history, there are several factors that may contribute to the headaches (thyroid disease and family history of autoimmune disorders). However all your tests came back normal. This should offer some relief.
Let us wait for the results of your TEE. One primary differential is a migraine. Although tinnitus or ear“buzzing" is not typically an associated symptom in migraines still there are cases in which this has been documented
