Dull head pain for past one month....could it be brain tumor

Hii ..I am 28.. Mother of a 8 months old baby. From the past one month I started feeling mild pressure in my top of head on left side mainly but sometime on right too. And from the past one week my I am feeling pain in my forehead too. My pain is mild but I feel all the time. I thought that it is due to my bad posture as I fed my baby but now I am afraid that it could be tumor. Sometime I got back and neck pain but they came and go. One more thing my nose bone is deviated also which blocks one of my nostril . I feel it can be sinus headache . but I am confused . please help.
I have tried any medicines to relieve my pain yet.
