There can be some very simple causes of frontal headache. Poor sleep, eye strain, refractive errors of the eye like myopia (short sightedness), temporal arteritis (possible as tilting the head cause stress on lips), compression of cervical spinal nerves, and sinusitis are some of the common causes of frontal headache. Brain tumors and blood clots can be a cause certainly. However do not panic. First these simpler causes need to be eliminated by your doctor before you can think of brain tumors and clots. Generally these also cause some neurological symptoms too. Discuss these possibilities with your doctor. It is difficult to comment beyond this without examining. A comprehensive investigation is required keeping all the points in mind.
