Migraine aura for 3 months

Hi, I've had a visual disturbance for over 3 months and I suspect that it may be a kind of visual migraine as the effects I'm having seem to be the closest match to that. I've had several eye exams from a mixture of opticians, GPs and Eye specialists and they all said that they couldn't find anything wrong with my eyes. Thuogh I'm confused by this as migraines don't normally last for months.

I have noticed that I've felt a tingling around my eyes if I to tense work on the computer. Though I've experienced this tingling before in my life, it seems to be much more frequent since my eye problems. Because of this, I've limited my computer usage and I've also tried to get more sleep (at university I worked through the night a lot). Despite my efforts I haven't noticed much of a change if any. I think that there may be other causes of stress that may indirectly cause these vision problems, such as my Aspergers Syndrome and Repetitive Strain Injury.

I'd be very grateful if someone here knows what this is and if I'm doing the right things to cure it.

How are you? I hope the eye care tips were very helpful. If your eye symptoms persist, further evaluation may need to be done. Take care always.

Hi,
How are you? It is good that the evaluation done by your eye doctors were fine. If this is related to visual display terminal (VDT) or computer-use, this could possibly be due to visual fatigue or eye tiredness/ pain. Try to adjust the brightness. your work posture and the VDT features to suit your needs.  Have regular ten-minute breaks  for every hour of VDT work as recommended by the Occupational Health and Safety Guidelines. If this persists, check with your doctors for proper evaluation. Take care and regards.
