Need insight on my MRI result

Hi there, I had my mri scan, i was a research participant for a study as a healthy participant, I got recalled back for
another scan, they suspected an artifact that needed to be followed up on the global pallidus (basal ganglia - motor control of the brain). I got this report from the radiologist (i dont experience any migraines)

Convexity sulci are slightly more prominent than expected for age.
9 punctate foci of FLAIR hyperintensities in the supratentorial white
matter, predominantly bifrontal, are non-specific, but also slightly greater
than expected for age. Does patient have a history of migraines? Or vascular
risk factors?
Prominent susceptibility noted in bilateral globus pallidus. Mild
mineralisation also noted in the deep nuclei elsewhere, including in the
dentate and red nuclei, as well as in the region of the substantia nigra.

Need some help interpreting the results? thanks

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
I understand your concern regarding your MRI result. Sulci prominence may be attributed to a variety of issues including aging.  Factors such as symptoms present and medical history are important considerations also.  It is recommended that you discuss the result also with your attending physician for proper evaluation. Take care and do keep us posted.
