Hi,
How are you? Are there other symptoms present like fever, cough or facial pain? One-sided throbbing headaches are usually associated with migraine headaches. They also present with nausea, vomiting and sensitivity to lights and sound. However, other differentials that needs to be ruled out include sinus infection and allergic reaction. Rest, ice packs, avoidance of headache triggers and pain medications may help. However, if it persists, have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Direct clinical examiantion is important. Take care and regards.

Hi,
Thanks for the update. Chest pain or discomfort may be attributed to a variety of possible causes such as cardiac, pulmonary, musculoskeletal and gastrointestinal issues. It is important that cardiac causes are ruled out. Have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Do not feel shy to go to your attending doctor because he or she is there to help. You can tell everything because there is such thing as doctor-patient relationship which means that everything that you say is just between you and your doctor. Your medical history, diagnostic tests and complete physical examiantion are all important for proper diagnosis. Take care and regards.
