I've been having headache problems recently and had a cerebral angiogram done that showed a venous angioma which shouldn't cause any problems. However, ever since getting the test done my headaches have been different w/ sensitivity to light. But today around noon I stood up and got the absolute worst head ache ever. It started from the R front where all my headaches are and had shooting pains all the way to the back of my head and neck. Every time I blinked or put my foot to the floor it sent more shooting pains, I could barely move my head and aleve, which normally helps me, did nothing. I also had white spots in my eye sight, increased HR, hot flashes, flushed face, and nausea. The worst of it lasted for 5 hours and I still have some pain but tolerable. What kind of head ache would this be or did my angioma start bleeding??
