Can you help me better understand my severe neck pain and headache?

After recently being assaulted, I was grabbed by the mouth to ensure I remain quiet. This pushed my jaw to a place of discomfort and simultaneously turned my neck far to the left.
I now am experiencing severe neck pain on the muscle right below my ear down to the top of my shoulder.
It is causing a burning headache on the top of my right head, just at the hairline.
When I bend over the pain is severe in my neck at the base of my head (where head and neck meet) and the headache feels worse.
Otherwise the pain is 7 or 8/10 and is CONSTANT. No relief with OTC pain management. I’m a 34 year old woman, no other health issues. Plan to see a doctor if pain doesn’t go away Sunday. Does anyone know if this is a sprain? Pinched nerve? Or worse?
