RINGING IN EARS

SELMA ,I TOO HAVE THE RINGING CONSTANLY IN MY EARS,I CAN ONLY HEAR IT IN THE DAY IF IT'S QUIET BUT AT MIGHT IT IS SO ANNOYING,AND I AM ALSO GOING THROUGH EARLY MENOPAUSE,HOPEFULLY I AM ALMOST DONE! THE HOT FLASHES ARE ALMOST GONE FOR THE YEAR,I JUST HOPE THEY DON'T COME BACK,LOL,I HAVEN'T HAD A MONTHLY SINCE FEB,HOPE THEY DONT COME BACK EITHER,LOL.
BUT I WAS WONDERING MY NEUROLOGIST TRIED TO PUT ME ON SEIXURE PILLS FOR THE HEADACHES BUT I WAS AFRAID TO TAKE THEM,AND MY FAMILY DOC PUT ME ON MALTREX I THINK IT'S CALLED BUT I WONT TAKE THEM EITHER,WOULD EITHER OF THESE BE WORTH THE RISK OF TRYING FOR THE HEADACHES,,I'M USED TO THE EVERYDAY HEADACHES BUT THE MIGRAINES IS WHAT I HAVE TO SUFFER THROUGH.

Aside from medications, ringing in the ear or tinnitus can be caused by ear conditions like infection, hearing loss, exposure to loud noises  or it may also be a symptom of other health problems, such as allergies, high or low blood pressure,  and even tumors or problems in the heart, blood vessels, jaw and neck. Hi...I did answer this post in the chiari forum.

Ringing in the ear can come from meds, NSAIDS as well as.
Having Chiari u may have gone into menopause  early due to a auto immune thyroid condition called Hashimoto's.....

Do ask ur dr about this.
