I am 26 years old male. Yesterday I came from office 3:00 AM (after 16 hours), I am Software Engineer most of the time sit in front of LCD.

Yesterday I slept around 3:30 and woke up around 8 AM when i woke up i had sever headache (left side, its not always left side some time in whole head) which was unable to bear at the time + my stomach got wired (like vomiting condition).

This happened after 5 months, I felt it normally happen with me when I get up in the morning and its being happen from last 2-3 years and  happening frequency is not so much but its really very painful.

Kindly help me to find out the causes what should i need to care or which specialist doctor should I need to consult so that I can get rid in future.

you know, it could be something as simple as eye strain, or tension type headache, but it wouldn't hurt to find a good headache clinic or headache doctor in your area and have it checked out, there are so many different kinds of migraine headaches. its better to be safe than sorry, just get it checked out for peace of mind.
