Soft pressure/pain on very center of back of head where it meets the neck

I use played games for very long times up to 8 hour and more on games because I find them so fun. A few years about idk when 5-6 years perhaps I started to get pressure at the back of my head and my eyes were bothering me. So I decide to rest and close my eyes and nap a bit but once my head was in a more upright position As I lay there the pressure snapped and hurt and suddenly I was instantly dizzy and things I was wobbly.  Only 3 times it happened when I was still awake.  Other times I was asleep and suddenly be woken up in the darkness not knowing up from down or if I was on my back or belly trying to find a ligh to see the floor or ceiling.   All times I became instantly sick and all day felt wobbly/dizzy.  I vomited pretty much every time or did my best not too.

At the time I thought it was my eyes and the constant focus on games.

Thing is, its been years now and i have not had that problem again with a sudden snap and instant dizzyness.  But I have had a constant pressure feeling on the back of my head most times...Migraines happen now and then but Idk if thats related.  My eyes always seem to be stressed, I wear glasses and contacts and been to the eye doctor and no luck was found.
It doesn't matter if i'm focus on the a book, a pc monitor right now or looking in the distance, the pressure always seems to be there and my eyes always feel "stress" or something.  Plus I keep becoming aware of some shifting I do, which makes me a bit nauseous. Its like i'm on a boat and shifting to slow shifts of water.

Theres probably plenty that can cause these things.
But this is how I feel and I need to read my books but keep desiring to get away and just close my eyes and lay on the floor.

I guess some vague thoughts would be helpful as to what it most likely would be.  Compaired to rare....horrible cases.

I'm waiting for my health insurance to come in so perhaps I'll see a doctor. Until then, this is all i have.

Another differential that involves eye symptoms is a cluster headache. This is more common in men than women during adolescence and middle age. The cause is unknown but can be genetic in nature. It is also associated with smoking, intake of alcohol, bright light, stress, or certain foods. The pain usually occurs on one side of the head and described as burning, sharp or steady. The pain may occur in and around one eye and may involve one side of the face from neck to temples. Tests, such as an MRI of the head, may be needed to rule out other causes for the headaches. And the goal of treatment is to relieve symptoms.

Hi,
How are you? It is good that your eyes are fine. Some headaches can be due to problems with the eyes.  Pain at the back of head or neck that intensifies on movement can be caused by inflammation of the blood vessels of the head or bony changes in the structures of the neck. Anti-inflammatory drugs or  muscle relaxants usually help. But the best solution to this is proper posture. If it persists, a consultation to your doctor is indeed a good idea for further evaluation. Take care and do keep us posted.
